We have wonderful Ranch style apartments located in a beautiful country setting available for rent. Our apartments are all single story designs, which means no neighbors above or below you, and with quiet, double wall construction, you won't need to worry about your neighbors next to you either. Each apartment also has its own, private entrance with no stairs to climb and lovely landscaping all around. We also have a great view of Murray Creek to the west and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse to the east.
We are conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and churches. The municipal airport is located just a mile south from us, and the Spruce Creek fishing bridge is just a mile north. We are also just ten miles south of Daytona Beach, Daytona International Speedway, Daytona International Airport and Volusia Mall. Within an hour's drive is the Orlando area with Disney World, Epcot Center, Sea World and other major attractions.
